Ipca Laboratories Ltd is actively recruiting for its Production, Packing, and Analytical Method Validation (AMV) departments at the SEZ-Pithampur plant. These roles involve operating advanced machinery, ensuring GMP compliance, managing documentation, and supporting high-quality tablet & capsule manufacturing.
Production – Granulation, Compression, Coating
- Department: Production
- Roles: Senior Officer / Officer / Jr. Officer, Sr. Technician / Operator
- Section: Granulation, Compression, Coating
- Required Positions: 5 (Officer level) + additional technician roles
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / 12th
- Key Machines: Fette, Killian, Sejong, Legacy, GCS-700, RMG, FBD, FBE, GEA
Packing – Primary & Secondary
- Department: Packing
- Roles: Executive / Sr. Executive, Supervisor / Officer, Technician / Sr. Technician
- Section: Primary / Secondary Packing
- Required Positions: 2 (Executive), 3 (Supervisor/Officer), 6 (Technician)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / 12th
- Key Machines: CAM Blister, CAM Cartoner, CVC Bottle Packing, CVC Labelling
- Additional Skills: QMS (CAPA, Deviation, Market Complaint), BPR completion, manpower & shift management
Validation – Analytical Method Validation (AMV)
- Department: Validation / AMV
- Roles: Senior Officer / Officer / Jr. Officer
- Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Key Skills: AMV activities, Equipment Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Diploma, ITI or 12th
- Hands-on experience operating tablet manufacturing & packing equipment
- Proficiency with machines: Fette, Killian, Sejong, Legacy, GCS-700, RMG, FBD, FBE, GEA, CAM, CVC
- Strong knowledge of equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience in QMS – CAPA, deviations, investigations, market complaints
- Good documentation skills (online records, BPR/BMR)
- Ability to handle manpower, shifts, and team supervision
- Commitment to GMP, quality, and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, and packing machines
- Perform equipment qualification and process validation
- Execute primary & secondary packing operations
- Handle QMS documentation – CAPA, deviations, complaints
- Maintain accurate batch production & packing records
- Manage shift operations and team performance
- Carry out analytical method validation activities
- Ensure full compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
