Job Description
Labcorp is looking for a Pathology Reporting Associate to support pathologists in the preparation and quality control of anatomic and clinical pathology reports. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting for non-clinical and toxicology studies at the Bangalore facility.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in toxicology or non-clinical GLP studies
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant science discipline
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Biology, Laboratory Pathology, Toxicology, or Microbiology
- Minimum 2 years of experience with toxicology or non-clinical GLP studies
- Preferred: Experience in CRO environment and scientific/technical writing
- Proficiency in Documentum, Toxicology Reporting software, and Pristima
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and deadline-driven mindset
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and specialized reporting systems
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and calibration
Key Responsibilities
- Support pathologists in drafting anatomic and clinical pathology reports
- Generate pathology report tables from data systems like Tox Reporting/Pristima
- Create reporting templates and report shells for pathologists
- Insert clinical pathology tables into reports
- Perform QC review of pathologist data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare peer review data packets for client pathologists
- Learn and use specialized software for study reporting
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
